Sign Online Petition - Support NRI Voting RightsAre you aware of NRI Voting rights bill that is going to be introduced in the Indian Parliament this Monsoon session 2010?
This draft bill is going to extend voting right to NRIs, so that you can cast your vote by 2014 elections. But you need to physically present in India during the Election Day.
Shortfall of this Draft Bill will mean that there is NO Absentee Voting provision for NRIs.
Please let us make our voices heard by supporting Absentee Voting provision in the draft bill, and one elegant solution of Absentee Voting is – “PROXY” voting.
Signing this online petition takes less than 15 sec but adds infinite value.
